Measure 60 feet 6 inches from the same point to the same direction and
let it be the center of the mound. Draw an area of the mound by making
a circle with a radius of 9 feet with its center on the point. Finally, draw
an arc connecting two foul lines from the circumference of a circle with a
radius of 95 feet with a center of the circle at the center of the mound.
