SUPPLEMENTS

Don’t take supplements at bedtime, especially B vitamins,
because they are too energizing. But calcium and magnesium
with hot moose elm are soporific.
The actual amounts of supplements to take are given in the
next chapter.
Choose IV therapy if supplements “won’t go down.” But
remember, IV therapy does not take the place of green black
walnut hull, cysteine, ozonated oil, and all the rest.
