Summary: In hindsight, we should have pulled all her teeth at once,
upon arrival, as we do now instead of piecemeal and only at the brink of
death. The newly developing problems were also due to plastic replacements
for teeth. We would not make that mistake again, either. She should have and
could have survived. If only we were given second chances.
