THE TRUE STORY OF...

But he was leaving prematurely, and he knew it. He tried on his new
dentures; they needed adjustment. If the adjustment was not carefully moni-
tored, the materials used could re-pollute the teeth. This is no small matter.
Sucking on a carcinogen day and night is far more injurious than occasion-
ally eating it. There would be no time left to re-test the teeth after adjustment.
It would be wiser to leave them unadjusted. [We now have a way of
hardening “adjusted” teeth at home.]
Summary: With the tumor gone, why wasn’t his PSA down to normal,
less than 4? The PSA depends on the size of the prostate, as well, and this
would take longer to reduce. But he had gotten started with that, too, and
hopefully, will be completely normal, soon.

46 Arlene Miller Brain Cancer

Arlene Miller arrived on January 20 as an emergency case and was seen
by the chief assistant first. She was slightly built, and only sixty-six. She had
brain cancer, called “aplastic astrocytoma,” and responded to all recommen-
dations with a resounding “NO”. The need for dental extractions was raised
and met with further “NO”, and total irrationality. But there was no time to
lose, not a single day. She was on dexamethasone to control edema in the
brain, dilantin to control seizures, and hydrazine sulfate, possibly to prevent
emaciation, and Axid to help digestion. It was explained to Arlene’s son, her
caregiver, that as soon as dental extractions were complete she stood a
chance of recovering, but not sooner. And in a few days it could be too late if
she refused to eat or went into a coma.
Arlene had no chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery; it all happened too
fast. When she began to have symptoms, her regular doctor scheduled an
MRI for her—and to the family’s terrible surprise, a large brain tumor was
seen, too large for surgery, too large for chemotherapy or radiation. Nothing
could save her, so nothing was advised.
But our chief assistant did not give up. Against all odds, she decided to
try a massive dose of black walnut tincture. There was nothing to lose. Her
son was instructed to give his mother: 8 tsp. black walnut tincture extra
strength, 7 capsules cloves, 7 capsules wormwood, 3 to 5 whole tsp. vitamin
C, 10 capsules coenzyme Q10 (400 mg each), and 30 glutathione (250 mg
each)!
And if he accomplished this, to do it again, and again! She slowly be-
came more rational, until after seven days (of the above recipe), on a Mon-
day morning, she sat at my office desk quite lucid, though speech was gar-
bled.
She had insight into her own case now, could understand the explana-
tions for dental extractions, and agreed to get it done the same day. “Who
cares if you eat with dentures” she said briefly, “as long as you can eat.” The
