RECIPES

• 1-3 glasses ozonated water. Ozonate water about 5 minutes.
  Make sure the tip of ozonator tube is sterile by dipping in
  HCl-water or Lugol’s-water.


• 1-3 cups liver herb tea. Drink one cup tea for each glass of
  ozonated water drunk. This helps the liver detoxify the freon
  so it can move toward the kidney.


• Kidney herbs, 1¼ cups daily. This helps the kidneys pull it
  into the bladder for excretion.

It takes about 6 weeks to remove freon from your body. Be
sure to get a freon-free refrigerator before you begin.

Amino Acid Mixture

Essential Amino Acids

1 part isoleucine

1 part leucine

1 part lysine

1 part valine

1 part methionine

½ part phenyl alanine

½ part threonine

½ part tyrosine

½ part cysteine 1

1 /^3 part arginine

/ 3 part histidine

Non-essential Amino Acids

1 part glycine

1 part taurine

1 part glutamic acid

1 part alanine

½ part aspartic acid

½ part ornithine

½ part proline

½ part serine

Note that tryptophane is missing in the recipe. That is be-
cause it is not generally available. Note also that arginine and
cysteine are in very small amounts. It is assumed that you will
be taking much larger amounts of these, separately, and thus
avoid crowding out the remainder in this combination recipe.
Mix them all together (or as many as you can find) and take
them in teaspoon amounts with meals or as described in the 21
Day Program. Don’t let the name fool you: the “non-essential”
ones are necessary, too!
