Blithe Spirit
An eccentric mystic, Madame Arcati (Judi
Dench), holds a séance in the home of
bestselling crime novelist Charles (Dan
Stevens) in a bid to relieve his writer’s block,
but accidentally summons the spirit of
fiery Elvira (Leslie Mann), Charles’ deceased

Arcati in several tours of Blithe Spirit around

this film. - The critical response to the movie has been
generally negative, with the Rotten Tomatoes
critics’ consensus calling it an “indifferent
adaptation” that “puts a star-studded cast
through the motions”.
