three finalists, and you vote for your favorite. Caption submissions for this week’s cartoon, by Liza Donnelly,
must be received by Sunday, March 7th. The finalists in the February 15th & 22nd contest appear below.
We will announce the winner, and the finalists in this week’s contest, in the March 22nd issue. Anyone age
