Teach Someone to Crochet!

Many of us have fond memories of learning to crochet from our
grandmother or mom. Passing on the love of crochet and teaching the
next generation the joy of creating something of beauty means the art
of crochet will be enjoyed by future generations. Rita Foudray recently
wrote to tell us how she passed on her love of crochet.
“Many years ago, my aunt Catherine taught me to crochet when I was
9 years old. In turn, I taught my granddaughter, Marie, to crochet when
she was 9 years old! Now a college graduate, Marie is still crocheting!”

Rita taught her then 9-year-old
granddaughter, Marie, to crochet.

Have you taught someone to crochet? Tell us about it! Email your story
and a photo to [email protected].
