The myth is that Google uses the data in your Google Analytics
account as part of its ranking algorithm.


It’s a myth that has been around for a long time.


Google’s Gary Illyes has again debunked this idea simply with, “We
don’t use anything from Google analytics [sic] in the “algo.”
