Serves 6
1l carton freshly squeezed
orange juice
1l carton freshly squeezed
grapefruit juice
1 bottle prosecco or Champagne
Handful of blueberries
Bunch of fresh thyme
1 ripe grapefruit, halved and sliced
6 tall cocktail glasses


1 Fill a pretty jug with a 50/50 blend
of the orange and grapefruit juices.
Half-fill the cocktail glasses with this
fruit juice blend.
2 Top with fizz and add 3 or 4
blueberries per glass, a few sprigs of
fresh thyme and a slice of fresh
grapefruit (squeeze it as you put it
into the glass for added tang).
