sponges in miniature and
hot cross buns in loaf form
Finger sandwiches

BITE-SIZED FORM
Makes 48
1 good quality sliced white loaf
(24 slices)
1 packet of best-quality ham
A jar of chutney (we used plum
and apple)
1 packet of smoked salmon
Fresh dill, leaves picked
Cucumber, cut into ribbons
Cut the crusts off each slice of bread.
Make four sandwiches with ham
and chutney, four with salmon and
dill and four with cucumber. Slice all
sandwiches widthways into quarters.
Arrange on a serving platter, so the
fillings can easily be seen.»
