marshmallow pops

CHOCOLATE-DIPPED,
SPRINKLE-TOPPED AND
HARD TO RESIST

Makes 36
200g bag of marshmallows
36 wooden skewers
50g milk chocolate, broken into
pieces
50g white chocolate, broken into
pieces
TO DECORATE
Sprinkles
Chocolate shavings
Cake-topping decorations

1 Skewer each marshmallow on to the
end of a wooden skewer – use a tall jar
or bottle to stand them up in.
2 Melt the milk and white chocolates
in separate bowls set over pans of
simmering water.
3 Dip each marshmallow halfway into
either chocolate, place the stick into
the jam jar and sprinkle with your
chosen decoration (note, this is less
messy than dipping chocolatey
skewers into dishes of sprinkles).
4 Repeat until all the marshmallows
are decorated. Allow the chocolate to
cool and harden before serving.
