 Yellow fever. My boyfriend says that he had yellowfellow when he
expresses love to me. Another association is... "Yellow"can also be
related to porno in daily mandarin
“Asian”.
Asian style clothes, makeup, language defines beingAsian.
People who were born and and grow up in Asian areallowed to call
themselves Asian.
Similar food culture and similar society values bringAsians together

I feel close to my ethnicity.

I think it's 50% rooted within myself. And the socialmedia, news gave
me this kind of feelings, Impression.
I think they are a neutral response to racism.
Differ from Asian stereotype(s).
I would classify myself as typical 'born after 95'generation. I differ
from the old generations who are pretend to be moreconservative.
Those are my thoughts if I'm thinking inside of Chinaas environment.
When it comes to outside of China, general Asian stereotypesare (what
I've googled): good at maths, hard-working, beingloud in the public,
unattractive men without fashion sense, 'gold-digger'women.... My
thoughts are: Yes, they are true. But it differs fromperson to person, it
depends on each individual's education background,grow-up
environment and family, etc. I share the similarityof being good at
math. I like challenging, solving difficult unemotionalquestions.
Though I have plenty of chinese friends that are notgood math.
A theoretical space without racism.
I guess it would look like a big country. When thereis no racism, there
might be sexism, discrimination on wealth, power,body shame, etc. I
would be the same as I am now.

I remember in USA. Once a guy was trying to sellingus low-quality
stuff with unreasonably expensive price. We said thatwe have no
interest. But he kept bugging us. Then he startedto appear angry and
shout loud: no no you are not Japanese! You are Chinese.Japanese are
more beautiful than you are. I felt very offensive.Apparently, he tried to
scram us, then humiliate us. Right now, I still don'twhat could I do.
Maybe keep silence and ignore is the best solution.
For the confusion that I made.... well, the guy guessedthat we were
Japanese. He asked where are we from before he startedto push
