9. ABS STRENGTHENING/ BACK STRETCH EXERCISE


Lie flat on your back on the floor. Bend both knees and keep the feet on the floor.
Now flatten your back and try to touch the floor with the small of your back. Suck
in your tummy at the same time but breathe normally. Hold for a count of three.
Relax and stretch out your legs. Repeat the exercise 5 times.
Tightens abdominal muscles and stretches the paraspinal muscles.
