On macOS, if you don’t see the Link option in the dialog box, click the Options button.

   Choose File > Place. In the Place dialog box, navigate to the Lessons > Lesson00 folder, and
   select the HandLettering.psd file. Make sure that the Link option in the dialog box is not
   selected, and click Place.

   Move the loaded graphics cursor into the artboard. Click to place the hand lettering image.
