Changing case
Making sure that the text in your data has the correct capitalization may sound trivial, but
it’s important. Imagine that you receive a customer table that has an address field where all
the addresses are lowercase. How is that going to look on labels, form letters, or invoices?
Fortunately, Power Query has a few built-in functions that make changing the case of your
text a snap.
For example, the ContactName field (see Figure 39.9) contains names that are formatted in
all uppercase letters. To change these names to a more appropriate, proper case, you can
right-click the column and then select Transform ➪ Capitalize Each Word.
