yourself! Soon, talking to yourself this way will be automac and
you’ll noce posive changes in both self-worth and posive
self-regard. Or begin wring your thoughts and journaling about
what you really like and dislike, what drives and movates you, and
your goals and dreams for the future. Making this me for yourself
is one of the best ways of accomplishing the next step.
