it’s not easy to say no because you miss him and you worry about
disappoin ng him or that he'll move on. But you have to believe
me on this one. You have to say no to being an a erthought. You
must say no to the last minute come over type plans. Those are
rela onship benefits, not casual da ng benefits.
Don’t hesitate or feel bad about saying no. Trust me, it raises your
value. You’re simply asking him to treat you with respect and plan
a date, right? If he gets angry and “breaks-up” with you, consider
yourself lucky, he was only using you.
