In Figure 14.48 we observe two Marubozus rebounding off the Ichimoku cloud
on very high volume. The volume filter used to identify significant volume action
is simply the two‐sigma filter standard deviation upper band, available via the
application of a Bollinger Band on volume. There is also an oversold indication
associated with the Marubozu rebound.
