Personas

Persona Approach

One tool we utilized during our research and analysis of the Prepped

& Ready program, was the creation of several personas. These personas

are representative examples of various members of the audiences that

we are trying to reach. By taking data from our primary and secondary

research, and incorporating some storytelling components, it gives us a

name and a face that we can reference as we think about how to best

tackle these challenges in a more meaningful fashion.

These personas (and others) can be helpful as the Prepped & Ready

program continues to thoughtfully develop its outreach and education

strategies.
