1 Come into tabletop position with your hands placed shoulder distance apart. Line
the shoulders up with the wrists and the hips with the knees. Tuck your toes under
and send your hips up and back, coming into Downward-Facing Dog. Adjust the
space between your hands and feet if needed. With your feet hip distance apart,
widen through the sit bones and draw the heels toward the earth. Press the thumbs
and index fingers down, grounding through the inner wrist, and wrap the triceps back.
Relax the neck and engage the inner thighs.
