VINYASA FOR BEGINNERS


1 Come to tabletop position with your hands and knees on the floor. Tuck your toes
and lift your hips up and back while keeping your knees bent. Let your heels come
high off the ground and let your chest press toward the top of your thighs,
lengthening the lower back. Wrap the triceps back and relax your neck.
