HIP OPENER


Come back to straight legs. Bend the right knee and place the right ankle directly
above the left knee. Flex the foot. Gently bend the left knee, allowing the left heel to
slide closer to the left sit bone. Pause where you feel a stretch in the right hip and
glute. If you feel your tailbone lifting off the floor, soften the stretch, lengthen the
tailbone down, and relax the lower back.
