4 When you’ve found your balance and feel steady, bring both legs straight up
toward the sky. Connect the two big toes, engage the inner thighs, and draw the lower
ribs in to connect to the transverse abdominals. Keep creating space for the neck and
send energy to the tips of the toes. When you’re ready, come down and rest in Child’s
Pose.
