BEGINNER VARIATION If you’re a beginner, try this softer, more accessible variation.
Begin with the elbows bent and let the knees come on top of the elbows. Think about
creating a little “tabletop” with the back of the arms so the knees have something to
rest on. Make yourself small, bend the elbows, connect the big toes, and breathe.
