(MAD); 1 tsp herb/250 ml water (PHR); foot bath for amenorrhea (MAD).
Contraindications, Interactions, and Side Effects (Oregano) — Class 1 (AHP). “Hazards
and/or side effects not known for proper therapeutic dosages” (PH2). Good source of COX-2
inhibiting oleanolic acid at ~0.5% (COX). Rich source of antioxidant activity and rosmarinic
acid.
