Use a spiraliser or julienne-stylepeeler to cut the carrot, broccoli stemand courgette into separate piles ofnoodle-like strands.2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok and stir-frythe prawns for about 2 minutes, until theyare pink and cooked through. Remove witha slotted spoon and set them aside.
