Serves 3 Ready in 20 mins``````Q 2 x 200g sirloin steaksQ Black pepper for seasoningQ 3 limesQ 2tbsp tamari soy sauceQ 2cm grated gingerQ 1tbsp brown sugarQ 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped``````Q Small bunch coriander stalks, choppedQ ½ sliced cucumberQ 150g cherry tomatoes, quarteredQ 1 sliced red onionQ 1 handful fresh mintQ 1 handful fresh basilMethod1. Season the sirloin steaks with blackpepper, the zest and juice of 1 lime andthe tamari soy sauce. Set aside.2. To a jar, add zest and juice of 2 limes,the ginger, sugar, chilli and corianderstalks. Put the lid on and shake to mix.3. Combine the cucumber, cherrytomatoes, red onion, mint and basil.4.
