Stage Two
Hallelujah. Bread and rice are back. Did you survive your first 3 weeks on the
Perfect 10 Diet without whole grains? See, it wasn’t that difficult. You can also
add whole grains to your daily diet in moderation (1 to 3 servings). Again, the
amount of grains you eat will depend upon your metabolism level.
Start with 1 serving of whole grains each day for 4 weeks. As you go along,
you will get an idea how much you can really eat. A muscular man who has a
physical job may be able to have 2 to 3 servings a day, but a small-framed,
sedentary woman may only be able to have 1 serving.
I still encourage you to eat 3 meals daily, with 1 to 2 optional snacks only if
you get hungry between meals. If you want to drink alcohol, do so in very small
