The Right Strategy to Becoming a Perfect 10
The right journey to good health is about determination. Your health is the most
important thing in the world. It has to be a “10.” You need to lose weight to
achieve optimal health and prevent disease. So what’s standing between you and
the perfect 10 body you dream of? Boredom? Lack of motivation? Stress? Self-
esteem? You need to take action. Once your hormones become balanced, weight
loss follows. To have perfect 10 hormones and a perfect 10 body:
• Eat right
• Value your health
• Relax
• Follow a healthy lifestyle
EAT RIGHT
If you want to have a perfect 10 body, your goal is to imagine it and go after it.
You can’t go back to your old eating habits. Salt, sugar, chemicals, and junk food
will damage your satiety and make you addicted. I am constantly amazed when I
go to supermarkets and see what others have in their shopping carts. Okay,
maybe they don’t know that orange juice has a lot of sugar, or that margarine is
really bad, but come on! What about those large bottles of soda and those big
bags of French fries? Learn to buy fresh vegetables and fruits each and every
time you go to the supermarket.
Europeans have an advantage to eating fresh food daily because they tend to
own smaller refrigerators. They shop for vegetables and fruits almost every day.
In the United States, we have bigger refrigerators, and we love stainless-steel
appliances better suited to a restaurant than a house. We shop for a whole week,
or for a whole month. If your food buying revolves around saving trips, you’re
buying food that has little to no nutritional value. Instead, visit markets that sell
organic food frequently.
Buy a small amount of food every few days. I’m always in the express lane in
the supermarkets with few items, while most people are in the slower lanes with
full carts that carry more food than their weight. I see these disturbing shopping
habits everywhere I go.
It is important to eat natural food in order to support a healthy metabolism.
