- Get off the bus or train 1 to 2 stops before your final stop and walk the
rest of the way. - Join a gym with a friend; this will motivate you and your friend.
- Have a plan for stormy days, such as indoor exercise, going to the gym,
or walking around the mall. - Skip the elevator. Take the stairs at work throughout the day and on your
breaks. - Buy some dumbbells and do an exercise routine at home.
- When you travel, check to see if your hotel has a gym before making a
reservation. - If you can afford it, hire a personal trainer to keep you motivated and on
schedule.
