Kevin’s Story
Kevin is a 42-year-old pharmaceutical representative who weighed 240 pounds
when he came to see me for excessive fatigue. Kevin related that he found
himself rushing out of his apartment every morning and relying on coffee and a
bagel from the street vendor or local deli. Since he never had time for lunch,
he’d end up grabbing a slice of pizza or a couple of hot dogs on the road. He
