1 teaspoon agave
1 tablespoon grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, chopped
½ teaspoon chili garlic paste
3 pounds chicken wings
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix together all ingredients, except the chicken wings.
- Place the marinade in a sealed container, and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
- Place the chicken wings in the marinade, and return to the refrigerator for
2 hours. - Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, and set marinade aside.
- Arrange the chicken wings in a pan, and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven. Pour the marinade over the chicken
wings, and bake for an additional 30 to 40 minutes. Serve.
Grilled Chicken Paillard with Tangerine Butter

2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tangerine, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 cup fresh mixed herbs (tarragon, parsley, and thyme)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 small head lettuce
3 medium cucumbers, sliced
1 teaspoon butter
DIRECTIONS
- Clean the chicken breasts. Mix together the olive oil, tangerine, herbs,
and lime juice. Marinate 1 hour. - Toss together the lettuce and sliced cucumbers. Set aside.
- In a medium skillet, heat the butter over medium heat.
