DIRECTIONS



  1. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper.

  3. Sauté the duck breasts for a few minutes on each side.

  4. In a bowl, toss together the watercress, frisée, and red pepper.

  5. Place the duck breasts on separate plates, and serve with the watercress
    salad.
