INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons butter
2 duck breasts
Pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 bunches watercress
1 cup frisée lettuce
1 red pepper, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the duck breasts for a few minutes on each side.
- In a bowl, toss together the watercress, frisée, and red pepper.
- Place the duck breasts on separate plates, and serve with the watercress
salad.
