INGREDIENTS


1   (8-inch)    wholewheat  pita    bread   shell
½ cup mozzarella cheese, divided
1 cup mixed salad greens
2 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
10 chopped olives
6 cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp
1 tablespoon feta cheese

DIRECTIONS



  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.

  2. Top the pita with half the mozzarella cheese, and bake for 5 minutes at
    450°F.

  3. Combine the salad greens, tomatoes, onion, olives, and shrimp in a large
    bowl.

  4. Top the bread shells with the shrimp mixture, and sprinkle with the feta
    cheese and the remaining mozzarella cheese. Cut into wedges, and serve.
