¼ cup lemon juice or juice of 2 lemons
4 tuna steaks, sliced 2½ to 3 inches thick
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Combine the teriyaki sauce, garlic, sherry, ginger, scallions, cayenne
pepper, black pepper, and lemon juice in a large bowl. - Place the tuna in the mixture, and marinate 3 hours, turning the steaks
every 1 hour. - Drain the marinade 30 minutes before cooking.
- Place the tuna on a stovetop grill, and brush on the olive oil. Grill for
several minutes on each side. - Serve with a side salad.

INGREDIENTS
½ head cauliflower
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sliced portobello mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Place the cauliflower in a food processor or blender, and chop.
- Place the cauliflower in a covered dish with the 3 tablespoons water.
