Below the new project name and location fields, this dialog box has three tabs: General,
Scratch Disks, and Ingest Settings. All the settings in this dialog box can be changed later,
and in most cases, you’ll want to leave them as they are. For now, we’ll finish creating our
new project using the default settings. Afterward, we’ll take a look at what all of those
settings mean.
Click in the Name box, and name your new project First Project.
Click Browse, and browse to the Lessons/Lesson 02 folder. Click Choose to establish this
new folder as the location for the new project.
Note
When choosing a location for your project file, you may want to choose a recently
used location from the Location menu.
