BENEFITS

Maintain constant optimal water pressure to prevent misting

and evaporation of water due to high pressure. Every 5 psi

reduction in pressure reduces water usage by 6-8%.

Prevent water from draining out of the irrigation

system at the lowest head, eliminating puddling,

erosion and run-off.

Provide uniform distribution of water, eliminating

run-off on slopes or compacted soil and reducing

water usage up to 30%.

Allow several shorter and more precise run times to

prevent run-off and puddles.

Applies water at a rate that the soil can more easily
