de 430.000 habitantes, la mitad urbanos y la mitad rurales. Su
extensión es de 15.573,4 km2 de superficie y su puerto marítimo
es de gran importancia para el norte del país.Recorra Atacames, playa ideal para la natación, la mejor

constituye el trayecto en autoferro entre Sierra y Costa para llegar
a San Lorenzo a donde se arriba también desde Ibarra, en la Sierra.
Es un puerto maderero muy cerca de la frontera con Colombia en
donde usted podrá disfrutar de playas vírgenes en El Cauchal y San
