Located in the heart of Cheyenne,
Wyoming, this 8.6 acre site was
assigned to our team to design a world-
class corporate headquarters in
Wyoming's largest Credit Union, Blue
Federal Credit Union (BFCU), which
serves both Wyoming and Colorado.
The site was previously an abandoned
shopping center and will now be home
to BFCU's corporate headquarters as
well as two retail buildings. The building
has a variety of public and
collaborative spaces, which help
provide a catalyst for BFCU's
employees and the community at
large. The large canopies around the
community and office wings share a
common design language with the
BFCU branch design being built
throughout the front range, provide
protection for the outdoor event spaces,
and help blur the line between private
and public indoor and outdoor spaces
throughout the project.
There are also two retail buildings
which include a Blue Federal Credit
Union Branch, helping to create a true
campus feeling. The proximity
between the headquarters building and
the retail buildings will help foster an
even deeper connection between
BFCU and the community itself. The
site includes a variety of outdoor
spaces that will be available for public
use and outdoor concerts & festivals.

Consultant coordination,Construction Documents,
Renderings and Diagraming.
