Shiffbau, Zurich. SiteThis project was awarded to us by Partners Group. A
Swiss company that was looking to create their America’s
headquarters in Broomfield Colorado. After several design
iterations, the client insisted that they wanted a real classic
factory looking building that was able to accommodate
400+ employees, a training center and and amenities
building.At the studio we went thru several analysis and building
studies of how to recreate a factory inspired in the Shiffbau
and at the same time design spaces that where optimal for
collaboration and growth.
My involvement was from very beginning, developing the
exterior and interior design to the completion of
construction documents for phase 1.
