My Role: Schematic design and masterplan,
presentation diagrams, 3D modeling and Rendering.
This project was a two week effort were we had to quickly
develop a conceptual architecture presentation to submit
to a request for proposal from UNMC to develop a new
project in their medical campus. Our proposal featured a
series of strategies to maximize the efficiency of the land
use, pedestrian connection with the campus and parking
requirements all within a two phased schedule.
