ringsupport, insertthe straightend ofit into oneofthe small holes in the
uprightdowel stick, at the desired height.


Tomakethe clamp,obtainai inch dowel stick, 6 inches long. Glue one end
ofthe"handle"ofa pinch-typeclothespinto the end of the dowel stick, and
forextrastrengthwrap the twotogetherwith fine steel wire, pulled tight and
twisted with theblunt-endpliers. When you squeeze it to an"open"position,
theclothespinwill hold a test tube, glass tubing, orotherpiecesofequipment.
As with the ringsupport,you can insert this clampintoanysuitablehole in the
uprightdowelthatisatthecorrectheight foryourneeds.
