Note:

The location of the first exit was estimated based on the requirements of A319 -which

represents the small aircraft of the design group- to ensure their exit from the runway as soon

as possible, and reduce the runway occupancy time.

Step 4- The outcomes of the preceding steps were analyzed and evaluated using

REDMI software, which was used to assess the efficacy of each location and to select the

most appropriate and most likely to be used of all exits. Figures 7- 12 to 7- 15 show the

process of assessment.
