As for the second proposal, it is clear that it is appropriate in terms of space. Also, it allows for apron
expansion without major construction or alteration to existing infrastructure or disruption to the
existing apron as shown in Figure 8-7.

Therefore, the second proposal was adopted so that the distribution of aprons in Phase I&II appears
in Figure 8 - 6 , and then expanded to accommodate all the gates in Phase III as shown in Figure 8- 8.
