10.2 Airport Lighting
Airport visual aids are available to provide information and guidance to pilots maneuvering
in airports. These aids may consist of single units or complex systems. The FAA provides
installation methods and techniques for airport visual aids through published Advisory
Circular AC 150/5340-30J " Design and Installation Details for Airport Visual Aids".
10.2.1 Runway Lighting System
Figure 10- 16 shows the minimum requirements for the runway lighting system.
