By the start of Phase I (at 20 27 ), a Palestinian airport will make its way to existence,
consisting of one runway with a taxiway system, a terminal building with an area of 61,418
m^2 , and an apron area as explained previously; at a cost of 350 million dollars. Table 11 - 3
provides detailed information about each item description, unit price, and the total cost by
the end of Phase I.
