Kingdom of Ash

of Josh and me these past few months (okay,
let’s be honest: for the past fourteen years!),
and for being such wonderful and selfless
grandparents.
To you, dear reader: Thank you from the
bottom of my heart for everything. None of
this would have been possible without you. I
could write another thousand pages about how
grateful I am, and will always be. But in the
end, all I can think to say is that I hope that
your dreams, whatever they may be, come
true. I hope you pursue those dreams with
your whole heart; I hope you work toward
them no matter how long it takes, no matter
how unlikely the odds. Believe in yourself,
even if it feels that the world does not.
Believe in yourself, and it will carry you
farther than you could imagine. You can make
it. You will make it. I’m rooting for you.
