    from firsthand experience about the importance of the callers’ work, and what it meant to them personally. Although we often look to
    leaders and managers to inspire employees, when it comes to combating giver burnout, there may be an advantage of outsourcing
    inspiration to the clients, customers, students, and other end users who can attest to the impact of givers’ products and services.
