- To Store: Put the mixture into your jars, label with an expiration date of
1 year, and cap tightly. - To Use: Fill your tub with comfortably hot water or warm-to-lukewarm
water, if you have a fever. Add ⁄ cup of Angel Soak for Cold and Flu to
your bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes, or longer. When you are finished
soaking, rinse off in the shower to remove the sweat and toxins you
released as you bathed. Wrap yourself in a nice warm robe or blanket so
that you can continue to sweat it out. Drink a big glass of water and/or a
cup of tea and put on some warm socks. Relax, knowing you are on the
road to recovery.
SKINCARE SECRETS
As with all body care products, avoid getting the Angel Soak in your
eyes. If this occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. When feeling under
the weather, drink warm herbal tea with ginger and lemon to further
open nasal passages, and get plenty of rest. This bath should not
take the place of qualified medical diagnosis or treatment, nor is it
meant to cure any disease or medical condition.
